Export and Import rules: a new feature in Exchange Utilities

We would like to announce new versions of three of our software products for Microsoft Exchange Server: Attachment Save; Print Agent and MAPILab Disclaimers.

Attachment Save for Exchange: an efficient solution for extracting, moving or deleting attachments in Exchange automatically.
Print Agent for Exchange is a unique solution for server-side printing in Exchange Server: implement rule-based printing of incoming emails and attachments.
MAPILab Disclaimers for Exchange implements centralized signatures and disclaimers in Microsoft Exchange messages. This convenient system of rules allows application of necessary signatures/disclaimers to messages from selected divisions of the company or from certain employees.

There are two major improvements introduced:

The updated installation process is smoother now and additional Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 installation is no longer required.
A new option to Export and Import rules was added to all three Exchange Utilities. All set up rules are stored in Active Directory. Now you can use a generated XML file to backup and move those settings between different environments whenever this is needed. This also allows a Find and Replace option in Multiple Files using any XML editor. For example, when a mail server is replaced and a new name needs to be applied across all running rules.
