As the festive season unfolds, we extend our warmest wishes to all our customers and business partners. You are the driving force behind our achievements throughout the year and MAPILab wants to express heartfelt gratitude on behalf of our team for your feedback and collaboration. We’d like to thank you for a challenging, but wonderful year!

As we reflect on the past year, we are proud of the progress we have made and excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. 2023 was a productive year for us, and we were able to take our solutions to a new level, providing our corporate clients with even more flexibility and functionality.

One of our main focuses this year was on improving our Mail Merge Toolkit solution for Microsoft Outlook. We listened to feedback from our clients and added new features such as the ability to track messages in Google Analytics using UTM parameters, send messages from accounts and mailboxes with “Send as” and “Send on behalf” permissions, customize “Reply-to” email addresses, and support Priority and Importance Flags. We worked tirelessly to make Mail Merge Toolkit the number one solution for mail merge on the market.

However, Mail Merge Toolkit was not the only product we improved and updated during the year. We also added new updates and features to Send Personally for Outlook, which was optimized to work with large mailing lists, MAPILab Toolbox, Add Contacts, and Attachments Processor for Outlook.

Looking ahead to 2024, we will be focusing on further improving Attachments Processor for Outlook. We aim to make this Outlook add-in even more powerful, offering our clients the most comprehensive solution to optimize their Outlook mailboxes at a reasonable price. Additionally, we will be launching new web add-ins that can be used in the web version of Microsoft Outlook and also in Outlook for MAC.
