Mail Merge software

Mail merge is a software function which is intended for the production of large numbers of documents from a single template and a defined data source.

The example of mail merge feature: composing email messages from a list (or addresses database – including address, percipient name, position and some other details) and specified data source (for example the folder with files which can be attached to the outgoing message) for mass mailing. Usage if mail merge feature allows you to make personalized mass mailing – the final recipient will receive a unique message with his name, address and other items (including message body insertions).
